Omg… I know what you mean .. Hugs…. I use to get them for 7 days straight can hardly eat,drink, move, be around light, muscle tension sets in by end of first or second day… and it becomes more misery…
The Best thing I have done was get rid of my bra one… two I focused on making alot of thing when I was in pain so much … to distract me from focusing on it overly… that eventually did the trick.. After a year of 7 day Migraines 2 to 1 week a months… and 7 days of complete emotional trama during period….
I might get a headache once a month now…
