This worked! Brought my headache from a 6 to a 3, but I still think Pot works better :P
Havent done it yet, but I will keep it in mind for next time i do get one :D Me and my mother suffer from bac headaches and sometimes HUGE mingranes and we throw up and have to lay in bed for days sometimes, but we pull through lol and from the commments I guess this is a good way to releive one lol thanks

i had a BAD migraine ALL day, i had slept most of the day and decided to look up how to get rid of one, since i cant take meds because of medical reasons, i saw this and thought id try it, and it WORKED, it wasn’t instant it took about 15 mins before it started to go away and in 30-45mins it was very much bearable. :)
