I’ve had migraines for a long time…the only way I have found peace is by praying and Trusting without a Doubt that God is going to stop them because he is forever merciful and forever powerful…as out there as it sounds…try it just once before you comment back (and remember what I capitalized)
i’m 16 years old and have been getting serious migraines for the past four years of my life…but they come only 4 months at a time and around the same time of year (end of school year/summerish) so im guessing mine are triggered by stress or anxiety?! i try and tell myself that finals are no big deal and things like that but nothing helps…ugh i’ve missed a whole week of schoool already because of them, i dont know what to do anymore :(
Migraines do hurt so bad. Vomited like 4 times today. and its so annoying when i cant see out of my eye and its like lines and shriffles up. omg i cant stand them.
Also, many healthy foods and some medicines and cosmetics contain loads of salicylates and these should be eliminated to avoid headaches and other unpleasant symptoms in those who don’t tolerate salicylates.
Chiropractic is best to solve migrain headaches…hands down!

yes he is telling the true, migraines come’s from food, some people triggers 1 banana, some people triggers suger, i have migraine 10 years and since i have been to homeopath
and they help me very good, i had 3-5 a week migraines, but now it stops since 2 monthes.
i take now iron en stop to eat sweets, so stop the medication

3 years and a diagnosis of IIH gives me migraines and headaches most days… only thing he said that made any sense was the triptan…. i take sumatriptan and it works… after taking 2 you have no migraine… only because your knocked out… lol..

i can totally relate i am 16 too &have had 24/7 headaches since 6 and also suffer from migranes that have been becoming more frequent..one every 2 weeks or less
i have had every type drug,numerous scans seen neurologists, chiropracters, naturopaths, phyciatrists, diet changes everything
It certian takes a toll on u for i can no longer go out as much with friends
I have to go to tha ER quite alot and have had Toritol that works quite remarkably but they must certian do sux balls
did they catch anything in ur mris? any anomilies? Im 15 and im starting to get headaches, and my mom and granma have migraines, so i think i have them. but i had an mri and they saw a little spec they were worried about, but after bloodwork they told me it was nothing, maybe that little damaged area is causing our migraines?

CAT scans and MRI scan one after another basically i was radioactive

i was in the ER several times and Toritol *best drug* is the only thing that gets rid of it, for a short time, but i cnt go to the ER everyday

ok ok I admit it I punched Dr Hyman in the jaw. But he deserved it. He had just given us all a migraine by telling lurid stories about this woman he picked up in a nightclub with playboy bunny ears.
