These are great. I purchased them to help with vascular headaches. It’s like regular Excedrin without the aspirin. Aspirin upsets my stomach, so acetaminophen is a good substitute. Caffeine often helps with headaches too because of the way it affects the blood vessels. Additionally, having the caffeine helps get the acetaminophen into your blood stream faster, so you will feel relief more quickly. I’m no doctor, but I know more than my fair share about headaches… So, I can’t say this will work for you, but it works for me!
