Hey ali! I have a great advice how to easily weaken a Migrane i learned this from me mother (who is a nurse) which is to drink alot of water (like 3-4 cups of water) :D hope it helps out :3

its from no exercise, lots of eating out, and sleeping so much. im not kidding! i used to get them ALL the time but they went away now that im healthy!
