However, for 2 1/2 months I am taking Melatoninium 5 mg before sleeping and for so far I HAD NO ATTACKS and have my dosis of Isoptin reduced to 240 mg a day! My wish is to stop with the Isoptin on januari the 1st, it would be the first time in almoust 20 years that I’m not taking any medication at all!

my God Antonio, I have just watched myself! I ( male, 44 years old) am suffering from Cluster about 21 years now and the only thing that helps is a sumatriptan-injection (some times 8 a day!!) I have tried several medications and the only thing that helps preventing those attacks is 960 mg Isoptin a day…
It’s painful… I’m a 14 year old girl, i’ve been dealing with this since i was 11 years old… it’s sad that my mom yells… i beg her over and over that it makes everything worse… but before cluster headaches, at 7 or 8 i started getting migraines… and tension headache at 11 with cluster… so since i have to deal with a yelling parent I just lock myself in the bathroom.. if you have someone who screams lock you’re self somewhere…
weed doesn’t work as don’t other usual painkillers i’ve had stuff like lcd and shroms/magic mushrooms do and can highly effective in aborting and preventing the cycle. Only negative is there illegal but for shrooms therei s a loop hole you can buy spores and then grow your own mushrooms.

my doctor told me I had trigeminal neuralgia, but it turned out to be cluster headache! Seems like both of them are very equally painful
Artonio. I suffer from the exact same pain. Watching you was exactly like me. They tell me I have trigeminal neuralgia and I’m getting the brain surgery in a few months. I understand!

just the moment I’ve seen your video. I know what painfull headache this is. I have this all 2 till 3 years for 8 weeks. At the moment I stay in the end of the episode and I’m so lucky that it’s finish. When I stay in the episode I only use Verapamil for the prophylaxe and Zolmitriptan or Sumatriptan for the attacks. Oxygen do not help me. I have try this and get no effect.
How is your situation at the moment? Did you stay without pain?

Wow Artonio! I, too, am a cluster headache sufferer. It is scary how familiar your actions are. The same rocking back and forth, moaning, and pushing your head so hard your hand hurts. Although I don’t wish pain up on you, it is nice to not feel alone in knowing someone else out there knows what it feels like to have a cluster headache. Hang in there. Have you tried oxygen yet?
Poor guy…! Been there myself…(Chronic) including 3 years without medication…Hell on earth in youre head! After they cut my nerves on 5 spots in the face, things improved. Made me live again.

Sumitriptan is the generic name for it I believe. The same medicine that is in Imitrex injections that I use. Don’t you just love these comments from people who think smoking a fucking joint makes it go away?Gee, why didn’t I think of that?
And to think, I’ve been in agony for years but just never tried pot.

Opiates like oxycodone have to be taken in high quantities and can lead to many problems like addiction and safety hazards because of low LD50 levels.
However, psychedelics such as LSD and Psilocybin are known to safely interrupt and prevent cluster headaches without addiction or safety hazards.

I’m glad I don’t have it. I can have a headache like every normal person once or twice in a year without major pain.
Have you tried a very strong narcotic like oxycodone as soon as the pain starts?
I suffer from severe headaches related to neck and shoulder muscle tension. What is the exact cause of cluster headaches? I know tight muscles cause bad headaches for me
serious respect man, to be able to deal with something like that even if it is once a year and get on with life
